Africa Cold Chain is dedicated to revolutionizing the cold chain industry in Africa. Focusing first on West Africa, including Senegal, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria, we aim to offer a comprehensive end-to-end solution that integrates multi-temperature urban warehouses (+25° to -25° Celsius), regional distribution hubs, off-grid mobile cooling solutions, logistics and distribution. Our goal is to provide the necessary infrastructure and support to enhance food and pharmaceutical customers across the continent.

As a result of the capital intensive nature of developing effective cold chain, the current market capacity for independent cold chain in Sub-Sahara Africa remains very small, leading to significant food loss and restrictions on economic growth in the region.
According to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), up to 50% of fresh food produce in Sub-Sahara Africa spoils before it reaches a consumer.
90% of these losses result from inefficient cold chain.
